hello and welcome to the house pictures for Chatham, i hope these pictures will give you some idea of what the house is like. It is a terraced house and has recentlyu been decorated to a high standard. It has also been carpeted throughout. The house has all mod cons, Dryer, washer, dishwasher fridge and freezer. there is a large area for sorting and drying clothes. there is a nicely sized rear garden where you can enjoy drinks and meals in the summer weather

There is a communal lounge which houses a computer workstation and all house sharers can use this to access emails and the internet through the 2mb broadband connection, there is also a broadband point in each room so sharers can have thier own computer with internet access.there is also a phone in each room, and phone calls are free of charge to 01 and 02 numbers, any other phone calls will be paid for when the bill arrives.

Edgeley is a quiet district of stockport. it is within easy walking distance of edgeley centre and stockport town centre, both boasting many shops, pubs and places to eat

Public transport is nearby and the train station is two minuites walk away with connections to all areas of the country, buses operate from edgeley and the main stockport bus station. there are excellent links to the airport. The M6O is about one minuite drive away from the house

Grand central square has its own cinema, bowling and swimming pool.

There is a gym called the isospa, which has modern equipment and has been open around two years

A deposit of four weeks rent secures the room, and rent is payable weekly in advance, i prefer the rent to be paid through the bank by standing order each week, this is simpler for all concerned
